This hostel is conveniently located in a good neighborhood, just a short walk from the metro station. It is also near Zinkensdamm metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities such as microwaves and safes. The hostel offers a cozy cafe downstairs, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The seating in the common areas could be more comfortable.

I liked the quick check-in and check-out. Many foreigners. All the cacilities provided for free, including internet, refrigerator, kettle, shower, coffee and tea.
Confusion about the main door entrance. I didn't know about the code and some travellers had problem with approving the code.

It was clean, safe and a fun hostel to stay in. It was close to an underground stop and supermarkets.
The showers were an awkward set up with no where to put clothes and towels.

Pleasant surprise! The price was great and I had a comfortable bed. The location was central with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. The Wi-Fi speed was impressive and I had no issues streaming online. I would recommend this hotel.

Easy, Comfortable and friendly personel
I didn't like that there was no lock to the ladies bath... and that everytime someone opened the door the shower-curtains moved ..so would suggest some small 'walls' or something.. The bath was the only thing that I really disliked and would avoid in the future.. (book another hostel even)...

there're no lockers for storing your luggage, you need to leave you stuff in you room. the shower space is super tiny
the location is nice and convenient, the rooms are sufficient clean, managed to stay 2 days completely by myself that was lovely

It's close to the city center, easy access to subway and various restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
I think it should have more toilets and showers cause in the morning was always crowded.

Only go to Acco Hostel if you are broke and cannot afford any other hostel. The rooms are stuck between a noisy avenue and a corridor where people are speaking loudly (without any notice from the staff), using the hair drier in the middle of the night. These people are followed by other workers waking up and making noise from 6am in the morning. Short nights! Worst part of my stay, the street door code and my room door code have been changed during my stay without any prior notice or sms. My only luck was to catch someone from the staff before he leaves. Otherwise, it is a night on the corridor chairs for sure!

Tidy, clean. Much noise.
Too much noise! My room was one window wide (1.20m), and the window was at a busy street and not very insulated. The other side of the room was the door that came out on the TV-erea, where people made fun deep in the night...

Free laundry, great location close to a metro stop.
rooms were a bit small, if people were in common areas talking or making some kind of noise it was harder to sleep.
